Description
With success of the war on drugs being minimal, the President of the United States decides to initiate a covert operation in Columbia that he hopes will improve his political standing. When things go terribly awry, several American soldiers become stranded in South America. Jack Ryan refuses to leave them helplessly marooned and sets out on a rescue mission.
