Pirate Parrot Fish: When the Octonauts go on a pirate treasure hunt, along the way Kwazii meets the perfect sidekick – a Parrotfish! Electric Torpedo Rays: When the Octopod loses all power, the Octonauts give it a jumpstart with the aid of some Electric Torpedo Rays!

Yellow-Bellied Sea Snakes: When a mass of poisonous sea snakes get stranded on a beach, Peso and the Octonauts must somehow get them all back into the ocean. Loneliest Whale: The Octonauts follow a strange song to find a lonely humpback whale, who is alone because he doesn't sound like the other whales!

Colossal Squid: The Octopod is attacked by a colossal squid, who drags the ship down an abyssal trench, forcing Barnacles & Kwazii to make a perilous swim outside to confront the gigantic beast. Jawfish: A mouth-brooding jawfish father has lost his eggs, and the Octonauts must brave strong currents and other obstacles to help get them back to him!

Manatees: Running out of air, Barnacles struggles to free his paw from the mouth of a giant clam, while simultaneously directing his crew in a delicate Manatee rescue operation. Mimic Octopus: The Octonauts recruit a shape-shifting mimic octopus to help them recover an important vial of medicinal algae from a moray eel's lair.

The Albino Humpback Whale: The Octonauts help out an Albino Humpback Whale with a nasty sunburn. The Remipedes: When Shellington gets lost in a dark sea cave, he gets unexpected assistance from some blind Remipedes.

The Hungry Pilot Fish: A lost Pilot Fish who eats ocean gunk cleans up the Octonauts' dirty Gups – but he's still hungry! Meanwhile, Captain Barnacles must figure out why a Whitetip Shark is chasing the Gup-A! The Beluga Whales: When the Octonauts discover a pod of Beluga Whales stranded at a breathing hole, they use music to lead them to safety.

Marine Iguanas: As the Octonauts prepare for their annual seaweed feast near the Galapagos Islands, a trio of salt-sneezing Marine Iguanas steal their seaweed! Dwarf Lanternshark: Down in the darkness of the ocean deep, Peso and the Octonauts must help a tiny, injured Dwarf Lanternshark. But they have to find him first!

The Octonauts cheer Peso on as he goes home to compete against an awesomely athletic penguin in an annual tournament: the Iron Clam Competition.

Humuhumus: When the Octopod's waterworks are flooded with frightened Humuhumu fish, the Octonauts have to find a way to flush them out! Giant Spider Crab: Kwazii is spooked when he spots what looks like a giant underwater spider! But it turns out to be a very old Spider Crab who needs the Octonauts' help!
