Great White Shark: Peso must perform an emergency fin bandage on a hungry great white shark, but first they need to subdue the giant predator using a trick called "tonic immobility." Sea Snakes: It's Sea Snakes on an Octopod when a poisonous sea krait lays her eggs in the garden pod, just as Captain Barnacles has to navigate the ship past a treacherous whirlpool.

Adelie Penguins: While Kwazii and Peso have their hands full babysitting a bunch of Adelie penguin chicks, Captain Barnacles must rescue the chicks' parents from a perilous sea storm! Coconut Crabs: Kwazii finds a mysterious, unbreakable coconut, so the Octonauts seek out the help of some large, island-dwelling coconut crabs to open it.

The Great Algae Escape: Captain Barnacles and crew must catch a runaway Octopod, when it's hijacked by a group of crustaceans trying to escape their algae infested waters. The Walrus Chief: When Peso's precious medical kit is taken, Barnacles and Kwazii sneak into a dangerous walrus colony to get it back – disguised as a walrus!

The Orcas: When a huge Orca whale becomes stranded on a beach, Captain Barnacles and the Octonauts devise a plan to pull him back into the water, with some help from a group of tunneling Fiddler Crabs. The Blobfish Brothers: The Octonauts must evacuate sea creatures before an underwater volcano erupts, but there's one creature that won't budge: a slowmoving, gelatinous Blobfish.

The Flying Fish: When a school of flying fish accidentally make off with a rare book belonging to Professor Inkling, the Octonauts rig up the Gup-B to fly after them and get it back. The Narwhal: While exploring the Arctic, the Octonauts' ship, the Octopod, gets trapped in the ice. Only Barnacles skillful navigation – and the help of a friendly Narwhal – can get them free.

Coconut Crisis: Kwazii and the Octonauts help their friends the coconut crabs discover who is stealing their coconuts. Sunfish: The Octonauts must help a giant sunfish who can't swim straight, before it hurts other sea creatures and itself.

The Decorator Crab: When important objects go missing from their ship, the Octonauts stake out the thief who turns out to be a decorator crab, stealing their things to decorate his shell. The Whale Shark: When Dashi is accidentally swallowed by a Whale Shark, the Octonauts venture inside the huge fish to rescue her.

Colossal Squid: The Octopod is attacked by a colossal squid, who drags the ship down an abyssal trench, forcing Barnacles & Kwazii to make a perilous swim outside to confront the gigantic beast. Jawfish: A mouth-brooding jawfish father has lost his eggs, and the Octonauts must brave strong currents and other obstacles to help get them back to him!

The Eel Ordeal: The Octonauts travel up a treacherous river to help a young migrating eel on her difficult journey. The Dolphin Reef Rescue: When the Octonauts all pitch in to help save a sick coral reef, they get some unexpected help from a pod of playful dolphins.

The Snot Sea Cucumber: When a slimy, slippery Snot Sea Cucumber gets loose on the Octopod, Captain Barnacles decides the only way to save it is to flood the ship! The Giant Whirlpool: The Octonauts race against time to rescue Tweak's pal, a Leatherback Sea Turtle who's caught in a fast-moving ocean current that's sucking it into a whirlpool.
