Bailey thinks they need to take drastic measures and fakes finding an Endangered Species on the land. But Sarah meets the developer’s son and learns that this is going to be a low-impact, environmentally-friendly development....

When Nani Cloud, a Native American (Cherokee) girl and her Paint horse, Sunburst, come to Horseland, Zoey discovers that all her preconceptions about Indians are wrong.

Molly finally gets her first cell phone, and throws Horseland into an uproar thanks to her lack of cell phone etiquette and the unintended rudeness she causes.

Molly decides to start a web-site to keep everybody up-to-date on Horseland goings-on. But when Zoey & Chloe appoint themselves editors, they decide to spice up the site – making up more and more outrageous stories. Things get out of hand when they create an exposé of safety violations at Horseland – violations they invent. When word gets back to the accreditation association, Horseland is in danger of losing its Triple-A Rating. Molly pulls...

Sarah’s cousin Marty comes to visit, as Horseland prepares an anniversary celebration. Marty is affable & amiable and the kids invite him to join the show they’re doing, but when Bailey hands out written instructions for the routine…Marty finds excuses to ignore them. Turns out, he has a secret. He is dyslexic and has been hiding it from Sarah all these years. With help from Will, who is also dyslexic, Marty learns not to be embarrassed....

Bailey finds an abandoned puppy he calls Cubby and brings him home to Horseland, unleashing feelings of jealousy and rejection on the part of Alma and Shep.

Sarah's positive attitude is sorely tested by a difficult dressage move – a lateral step which she and Scarlet can't quite get. In time, Sarah loses patience and gives up on ever getting it right. But when the horses are trapped by a rapidly-moving river, the fancy move is their only way out. With patience, Sarah pulls it off and saves her friends.

In her frustration with Chloe & Zoey, Alma gets a reputation for "crying wolf" which is only partly deserved. When she actually sees a wolf on a trail ride, no one will believe her. She goes back to get evidence that she was telling the truth – and gets trapped by the wolf!

When Molly takes a bad fall, she puts off getting back in the saddle again. When Sarah's horse Scarlet comes down with a potentially deadly illness, only Molly is available to ride to get help, and she must finally face her fears.
